This Privacy Policy explains how RemindQue collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data across the mobile app, web app, website, support channels, and related services.

Who operates RemindQue
RemindQue is operated by Arif Mahammad Khan, an individual developer, under the product name RemindQue. If you have any privacy-related questions, contact support@remindque.com.
Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the RemindQue mobile app for iOS and Android, the RemindQue web app and website, our support channels, and any related services we provide.
RemindQue is intended for users worldwide. If you are located in a region with specific privacy laws, such as the EU, UK, California, Canada, Australia, or UAE, additional rights may apply to you.
What data we collect

How we use your data
- Provide the core RemindQue service, including tracking obligations, sending reminders, and managing due dates.
- Send push notifications for upcoming deadlines and service updates.
- Manage your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
- Generate AI-powered process guides and chat responses.
- Identify and fix crashes, errors, and performance issues.
- Understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting.
- We do not share your obligation or reminder data with third parties for their own purposes.
Lawful basis for EU and UK users

You can withdraw consent at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred before withdrawal.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
AI features
RemindQue includes AI-powered LifeAI chat and process guide features. Where possible, AI features use structured parameters rather than free-form personal data.
- AI-generated content is informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- AI output is not legal, tax, medical, financial, insurance, government, or professional advice.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or financial details, into AI chat.
- AI interactions are processed by OpenAI.
- We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
Push notifications
- We send push notifications for obligation reminders, due-date alerts, and service updates.
- Your push notification token is stored so we can deliver notifications to your device.
- You can manage notification preferences in Settings or disable notifications through your device settings.
- We do not use push notifications for third-party advertising.
Data retention

Account deletion
- You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
- If you change your mind, sign back in within 30 days to recover your account and data.
- After 30 days, all personal data associated with your account is permanently purged.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@remindque.com from your registered email address to request deletion.
Your rights
- All users can access, correct, export, or delete data through in-app controls or by contacting us.
- EU and UK users may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and rights related to automated decision-making.
- California users may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale where CCPA applies. We do not sell personal information.
- Australian users may have rights under the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Canadian users may have rights under PIPEDA.
- UAE users may have rights under applicable UAE data protection laws.
To exercise rights, contact support@remindque.com. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if required by applicable law.
International data transfers
- Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our Supabase infrastructure is hosted in us-east-1.
- Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
- You can request more information about international transfer safeguards by contacting us.
Children's privacy
- RemindQue is intended for users aged 16 and older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 16.
- Family member information is entered by and managed on behalf of adult users for tracking family obligations.
- If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under 16, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@remindque.com if you believe this occurred.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the Last Updated date and may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of RemindQue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
No professional advice
RemindQue is a reminder and organization tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, insurance, government, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying official deadlines, requirements, and compliance with the relevant authorities.
